I was stopped in line at a drive through. The car started rolling (electric cars should not do that) so I tapped the brakes. The car started accelerating and I started braking hard and the car just sped up. Auto braking and collision warning did not kick in. In the past, it has also lost acceleration while driving did not respond to the gas pedal. I frequently get warnings that the safety features are temporarily not working.
