I bought my car in January with 7 miles on it. Back in February I tried to get back into my car and my car would not unlock from the remote or from my Buick app. The car was not responding. I had to wait 20 mins and remove the battery 3 times from the remote for it to work. Then I cannot connect my phone or my car does not respond to me pressing any buttons on my steering wheel.

I haven't had my vehicle for 30 days and it's happened many many times, almost caused an accident due to the distraction it has caused. No warning signs prior to the screen blacking out. Service calibrated/reprogrammed the radio but issues have continued. I have several photos and videos of the numerous times this has happened.
