I'm driving on hill/uneven pavement, either foot off of the accelerator (regen engaged and on high) or foot on the brake pedal and actively pushing the brake. The brake disengages and the car lurches forward. Feels the the car is being push forward for a split second. Making it a dangerous situation. It happens offen And brake rattling noise coming from the brake pedal when coming to a full stop
The vehicle started displaying random Brake malfunctioning alerts, and the vehicle did not stop even while applying brakes causing a bit of a panic. This repeated again today while driving back from the gym, so this is a concern and unsafe to drive the vehicle. Raised tickets with the company with no responses or anyone to reach out to. Vehicle is just a month old and several other issues from battery, key fob connectivity, apps glitches etc.
Passenger door failed to unlock or open from inside the car after parking. Passenger pulled on the handle multiple times but the door would not open. The driver got out of the car and attempted lock and unlock the car with the Key FOB and used the exterior handle to open the car but unsuccessful. After approx 10 minutes of trying all sequences of locking, unlocking, getting back in the driver side the passenger door finally unlocked. Service request submitted to company but
