If the frontal air bags, seat belt pretensioners, and side air bags are disabled, there is an increased risk of injury to the vehicle occupants in the event of a vehicle crash that necessitates deployment of these safety systems.

YESTERDAY WHILE PARKED AND SUPPOSEDLY ENGINE TURNED OFF, WHEN I RETURNED I NOTED THE ENGINE STILL SEEMED TO BE RUNNING EVEN THOUGH I TURNED IT OFF. TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 CHRYSLER 200. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT 30 MPH, THE VEHICLE STALLED WITHOUT WARNING. ON ONE OCCASION, WHILE DRIVING AT 55 MPH, THE VEHICLE ABRUPTLY ACCELERATED TO 100 MPH. THE BRAKE PEDAL WAS APPLIED NUMEROUS TIMES AND THE EMERGENCY BRAKE WAS ENGAGED IN ORDER TO STOP THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE DEALER SEVERAL TIMES WHERE IT WAS INFORMED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS OPERATING NORMAL. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 5,783.
