THE CONTACT HAD TO DEPRESS THE CLUTCH COMPLETELY DOWN TO THE FLOORBOARD TO LOOSEN THE CLUTCH, FOLLOWED BY AGGRESSIVELY PULLING THE GEAR SHIFTER TO GET IT OUT OF FIRST POSITION. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 33,000.
