Steering mileage not reported 11 mo in service

My wheels and steering column makes an extremely loud clacking, squeaking noise when turning left or right almost like my shocks, cv axle or suspension is damaged. The dealer service center can not locate the problem. The infotainment systems does not connect via Bluetooth or usb making it impossible to be handâs free or access any maps or apps. The dealers service center attempted repair but it did not fix the problem.

Steering is now popping while turning. Only has 2000 miles on it. Apparently a very widespread issue according to online with no fixes. The steering racks are replaced and the noise and issue returns.

Frequently when maneuvering at very slow speeds to park in a tight spot, the steering wheel shudders significantly when turning the wheel all the way. This is different from the standard, variable resistance the steering provides at different speeds.

I was driving when a car pulled into a driveway. My car was not near this car and the brakes stopped very hard. At other times when the brakes should have stopped they did not. I had a major accident in Feburary and my safety features were on however the car did not stop when the other car turned into front of me causing total damage, broken thumb and torn ligament in my right hand.
