The Drive Unit Power Back Door. Part Number: 90560-5NA0B has failed and causes a severe risk of injury when trying to access the cargo area. The lift gate rises up and abruptly descends causing a hazardous situation to the consumer. This is a premature failure for a 4 year old car and has a very high cost to repair. The lift gate is very heavy and could cause severe injury if a person is struck by it while it is rapidly moving in a downward direction. It will not stay up and the âsafetyâ feature is not functional.
