THE DEALER DENIED THAT THE VEHICLE HAD A STALLING FAILURE AND SUGGESTED THAT THE BATTERY BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE VEHICLE WAS AWAITING TO BE TOWED TO THE DEALER. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED AND DID NOT ASSIST. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 95,850.
