The front lower control arm ball joints may have been incorrectly installed or incorrectly repaired at the vehicle assembly plant, allowing the control arm to disconnect from the front wheel knuckle.

A detached control arm can cause a loss of vehicle control, increasing the risk of a crash.

The local dealer was not contacted. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue. Bought car June 27 and now being July 15 the car is completely dead and battery is dead. Charged the battery up works now. But battery will need to be replaced. Picture attached of battery after charging for 3 hours.

Vechicle battery will not hold a charge, longer than a few days. Ford can see the BCM Faults on there end.
