TL* THE CONTACT OWNED A 2007 FORD RANGER. THE CONTACT WAS DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 40 MPH WHEN THE VEHICLE INDEPENDENTLY VEERED OFF OF THE ROAD. THE VEHICLE DROVE INTO A DITCH AND THEN CRASHED INTO A TREE. THE CONTACT SUSTAINED EXTENSIVE FACIAL AND EYE INJURIES. HE WAS TRANSPORTED TO A TRAUMA CENTER VIA HELICOPTER. A POLICE REPORT WAS AVAILABLE. THE VEHICLE WAS DESTROYED AND TOWED TO A STORAGE LOT TO BE USED FOR PARTS. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGES WERE APPROXIMATELY 28,750.
