The affected vehicles were manufactured with the incorrect air bag modules, rendering the vehicles noncompliant with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 208, "Occupant Crash Protection."

TAKES 3 TRIES TO START CAR(10-15 SECONDS CRANK EACH TIME). ENGINE TURNS OVER BUT DOES NOT WANT TO START. AFTER 3RD TRY, ENGINE STARTS BUT IS VERY ROUGH FOR ABOUT 15-20 SECONDS.
