After putting that car wonât start and they called again to Hundai engineers and they told them to put harness outside . I am waiting for the other part . This new car should not have this problem . They also not giving me any rental car .
On three separate occasions the vehicle refused to accelerate after being in a stop and go mode (I.e. traffic/drive thru). All three times an alert popped up on the dashboard stating: HEV Check Hybrid System Stop Safely. The second time this occurred a diagnostic code came up: DTCP112000. In all three occasions turning the car off and restarting resolved the issue at least temporarily. Also- the battery was completely depleted after each incident. Vehicle is at the dealership service center for the second time without and current diagnosis or solution.
