THE ONLY WAY TO GET INTO PARK IS TO BANG THE GEAR SHIFT FORWARD FORCIBLY. THIS ALL HAPPENED IN THE MIDDLE OF A HOTEL PARKING LOT. FORD ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE WAS CALLED BUT THEY WERE USELESS WITH NO REMEDY.
RATCHETING SOUND ON DECEL WHEN ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION ARE COLD. SOUND OCCURS WHILE TRAVELING AT LOW SPEED BETWEEN 800-1500 RPMS ON IMMEDIATE DECEL. TSBS EXIST FOR PREVIOUS MODEL YEARS WITH THE 10 SPEED TRANSMISSION BUT NOT THE 2020.
BACKUP CAMERA NOT WORKING SINCE MARCH SIX MONTHS OF CALLING THE DEALER THEY SAY ITS ON BACK ORDER. HINES PARK FORD WILL NOT SERVICE THE RECALL ON THE TRANSMISSION. GOT HUNG UP ON TWICE. VARSITY FORD SAME PROBLEM CAMERA ON BACKORDER WILL NOT SERVICE RECALL.
