Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2015-2019 Lincoln MKC, Mustang, F-350 SD, F-250 SD, F-450 SD, 2015-2017 Lincoln Navigator, Expedition, 2015-2018 Edge, Transit Connect, 2016-2019 F-550 SD, Transit, 2017-2019 Econoline, and 2019 Ranger vehicles. Steering

Icon Vehicle Dynamics, LLC (Icon) is recalling all 05-UP FSD 2.5 Centerline Stabilizer Kits with part number 65050. The kits were sold as an accessory for certain 2005-2021 Ford F-250 4X4 and F-350 4X4 pickup trucks. The foam ring inside the stabilizer "through shaft" may block the piston ports, possibly causing the steering to lock up.

If the steering locks, it can increase the risk of a crash.

An error with the transmission control software may be such that while shifting from "Park" to "Drive" the vehicle may display "Drive" but possibly engage "Reverse" for 1.5 seconds before engaging "Drive." Therefore, the vehicles do not conform to Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 102, "Transmission Shift Lever Sequence, Starter

If the vehicle is in "Reverse" while the while the gear selection shows "Drive," unexpected movement could occur, increasing the risk of a crash.

EXHAUST CLEANING CYCLE CAUSES EXTREMELY ROUGH RUNNING CONDITIONS. SEVERE ENGINE KNOCKING SEEMS AS THOUGH A PISTON WILL FLY THROUGH THE HOOD SOON. SIGNIFICANT LOSS OF POWER AT ANY SPEED DURING THIS TIME. BRAND NEW TRUCK PURCHASED FROM DEALERSHIP AND THIS HAS HAPPENED FROM PURCHASE POINT ALL THE WAY THROUGH 27500 MILES SO FAR. IN READING I HAVE FOUND THOUSANDS OF OTHERS THAT EXPERIENCED THE EXACT SAME ISSUE.

THE CONTACT INDICATED THAT THE FAILURE WAS DUE TO A FAULTY DEF- HEATER. THE D-RATING INDICATED THAT THE DIESEL EXHAUST FLUID WAS LOW ALTHOUGH IT WAS RECENTLY FILLED. THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE WAS NOT DETERMINED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE DEALER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 100,000.

there is a severe fuel leak when the fuel pump is powered on from a fitting on the top of the fuel tank. This is the second time it has happened to me. first instance was supposedly repaired at the dealership who suggested it was a freak occurrence possibly caused by some road trash kicked up but there was no hard evidence either offered or given even though I asked. When the tow truck came to pick up my truck the driver mentioned that this is not an isolated incident that is becoming more common. The potential for a fire and/or explosion is very great in my opinion.

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 FORD F-250. WHILE DRIVING AT VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE VEHICLE SHOOK VIOLENTLY WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER, WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE FOURTH AND FIFTH CYLINDERS WERE MISFIRING AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 3,200.
