The front passenger seat back frame may not have been welded properly, which can cause the seat back position to fail in the event of a crash. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard numbers 207, "Seating Systems" and 201, "Occupant Protection in Interior Impact."

The reverse camera works poorly and is not clearly especially if itâs wet outside. Water smears on the camera more easily than other cars I have owned even if itâs not actively raining. My 2013 g37 and 2017 Mercedes glc300 never had visibility issues for the camera and the Infiniti is 11 years older. Honda states itâs normal. I think itâs a bad design that allows camera lens to hold water on it. Itâs a potential danger when reversing during rain or if car is wet.
