TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 HYUNDAI ACCENT. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE DRIVER'S SIDE SUN VISOR DETACHED FROM THE PLASTIC HOLDER. AS A RESULT, THE INSTRUMENT PANEL WIRES THAT WERE ATTACHED TO THE SUN VISOR ALSO FAILED AND CAUSED THE ENTIRE INSTRUMENT PANEL TO DARKEN. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOR INSPECTION. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 38,000 AND THE APPROXIMATE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 50,000.
