THE FRONT DRIVER'S SIDE AIR BAG DID NOT IMMEDIATELY DEPLOY. THE DRIVER SUSTAINED MULTIPLE INJURIES, INCLUDING FACIAL AND ORAL INJURIES, INTERNAL ORGAN INJURIES, AND MULTIPLE FRACTURED LUMBAR VERTEBRA. THE VEHICLE WAS DESTROYED AND TOWED.
