I HAVE 5500 MILES ON MY 2014 CRUZE DIESEL AND RECENTLY I HAVE NOTICED A DISTURBING PROBLEM WITH THE STEERING AT HIGHWAY SPEEDS. THERE SEEMS TO BE A "DEAD" SPOT IN THE CENTER OF THE STEERING RANGE. TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 CHEVROLET CRUISE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE TRAVELING 60 MPH, THE VEHICLE LOST ALL POWER AS THE ENGINE LIGHT ILLUMINATED ON THE INSTRUMENT PANEL. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE DEALER. THE TECHNICIAN DIAGNOSED THAT THE LUG NUT THAT HELD THE ELECTRICAL GROUND WIRE WAS LOOSE AND HAD TO BE TIGHTENED IN ORDER TO REPAIR THE FAILURE.
