TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 MAZDA CX-9. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING 25 MPH, THERE WAS A DELAY IN STOPPING DISTANCE ONCE THE BRAKES WERE ENGAGED. THE CONTACT MENTIONED THAT HE HAD TO DEPRESS THE BRAKES REPEATEDLY IN ORDER TO BRING THE VEHICLE TO A COMPLETE STOP. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHO DIAGNOSED THAT THE VACUUM BOOSTER AND MASTER CYLINDER WERE DEFECTIVE AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 50,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 50,040.
