The tailgate actuator limiter tab may fracture and cause the tailgate to unlatch and open while driving.
If the tailgate opens while the vehicle is being driven, cargo may fall out the vehicle and create a road hazard, increasing the risk of crash.

Improper installation and machining of the original equipment steering knuckle may weaken the joint between the steering drag link and knuckle.
The weakened connection may result in a fractured steering drag link, causing a loss of steering and increasing the risk of a crash.

2015 RAM 2500. CONSUMER WRITES IN REGARDS TO VEHICLE STEERING WHEEL ISSUES. *SMD THE CONSUMER STATED IT FELT AS THOUGH THE STEERING WAS OFF BY 90 DEGREES. THE FRONT END OF THE VEHICLE FELT LOOSE AND UNSAFE. *JB
WHEN CRUISING AT HIGHWAY SPEEDS >55 MPH THERE IS A VERY NOTICEABLE VIBRATION IN THE FRONT END / DRIVE LINE OF THE TRUCK.
STEERING DRAG LINK ADJUSTER IS COMPLETELY LOOSE. PAINT MARKS INDICATE WHERE IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE TIGHTENED TOO, BUT EITHER IT WAS NOT TIGHTENED TO TORQUE SPEC OR TORQUE SPEC IS NOT HIGH ENOUGH.
