THE BRAKE PEDAL WAS DEPRESSED SEVERAL TIMES IN ORDER FOR IT TO RESPOND. THE VEHICLE WAS RESTARTED, BUT THE FAILURE PERSISTED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE MAIN SHAFT WAS TWISTED AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 3,600.

THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 12,000.
